Polly Cillpam is a 23-year licensed real estate agent, serving clients in both historic Charleston and Southern California. Her love affair with Charleston began in 1999, inspiring a move in 2002 and the launch of her real estate career shortly after.

Originally from the Midwest, Polly understands the challenges of relocation firsthand. She guides clients with empathy, expertise, and local insight—whether they’re moving across town or across the country.

Polly recently expanded to Southern California, partnering with The Shore Homes Team, one of the top-performing teams companywide. With trusted partners on both coasts, she ensures her clients receive seamless support wherever life takes them.

Outside of real estate, Polly treasures time with her four children and five grandchildren, enjoys walks on the Ravenel Bridge, great wine, and Charleston’s vibrant food scene. Many of her clients become lifelong friends—a testament to her dedication well beyond the closing table.

      Before RE, I was a regional and national sales representative for Fortune 500 companies, traveling to big and small cities and towns across the country.

With 17 years of experience in the Charleston real estate market, I treat each transaction with expert care and understand that effective communication is the key to a successful professional relationship. I work tirelessly to help my clients achieve their real estate goals. I have lived around the country and therefore am keenly aware of the ups and downs related to relocation. There is a lot involved in buying, selling, and moving and I know how to nurture and encourage my clients through what can be a turbulent time. The considerations of school districts, church or religious affiliation connections may matter, proximity to work and other important parameters are all part of the conversation.
