Keith grew up in Tennessee and moved to Charleston in the fall of 1999 to attend the College of Charleston. While at CofC he began a career in food and beverage managing some of the old local college haunts of St. Phillips Street. Keith transitioned out of food and beverage with a brief stop managing HOA properties in Seabrook and Kiawah and then quickly turned his focus to property management.
With years of experience in property management, Keith picked up a strong knowledge of the many pitfalls of property ownership. He has a great deal of experience working in high-stress situations related to major and minor home repairs. After a few years of property management, Keith began working in Real Estate part time and focused on helping his investment owners and tenants make timely decisions of when to buy and sell.
When not working on Real Estate deals Keith enjoys his time with his young family, two kids Maya and Tucker and his wife Laurie. The family enjoys weekends on Folly Beach, gardening in their backyard and cooking new and interesting recipes.
